When your Wiki grows in size, you can start to use the folder option to group related pages. Note that folders are currently one level only, meaning you cannot put folders in folders. In future versions, administrators are able to assign privileges on the folder level.
What happens to links to a page if I change its name?
Using the “Page” -> “Settings” menu, you can modify the name of a page at any time (as long as it does not conflict with an existing page). If relevant, you should modify any references to the page to point to the new name.
Can I change the name of a folder?

How can I print a page?

Yes, use the ‘revert to this version’ option next to the revisions to make an older revision current. Once you purged a revisions, you cannot go back to it.
What does ‘Purge’ mean?
Many edits to a page can quickly create a lot of page copies on the server. When you no longer need to go back to a specific revision, you can purge it. WordonWiki will still remember there was a revision created at that time, but the content is gone.
There are some shortcuts to quickly purge old revisions:
- At the bottom of the Page History screen, there is an option to ‘Purge all’ old revisions in one go.
- In the future, there will be an option to purge old revisions for all pages at once.
