What is the policy for the “Personal FREE” plan ?
WordonWiki offers a Personal FREE plan. You can use it to evaluate our service as long as you want, you won't be billed at all.
What happens if I upgrade to a paying plan?
Upgrading to a paying plan ends your “Personal FREE” plan. Once you upgrade, you will then be charged for your first month.
For example, if you sign up for the free 10 page wiki and then you upgrade to a paying plan later, you will be charged the price for that plan. You will continue to be charged every month after that until you cancel your account. You can always cancel at any time.
What happens if I upgrade/downgrade?
When you downgrade, make sure you meet the stricter criteria of the downgrade plan. E.g. If you have 12 pages and want to scale down to a Personal FREE plan, limit your number of active pages to 10 first.
When you change plan during a billing cycle, you are on the new plan for the rest of the month. When the next billing cycle starts, you’ll be charged the new plan’s price. E.g. the last time you are billed was on the October 5th. If you upgrade to a higher plan on the October 17, you can use that higher plan until the November 5. On November 5, you will be billed the price of the new plan. This happens when you upgrade or downgrade.
